All Families Must…. *Documentation must be presented to prove current family income sources for a family prior to approval for subsidized Child Care services. Copies of all income verification must be maintained in the family eligibility file.
*Reside in Illinois and be both income and service eligible.
*The provider must maintain a separate child case file as per license requirement for each individual child enrolled. This file contains social/developmental data, medical records, consent forms, and other information relevant to the child.
*Earn up to 50% of the 1997 state median income and are working or participating in the Temporary Assistance for Needy families [TANF] approved training and educational program.
Head Start Full Day and Half Day. Hours vary depending on school. All Children Must Be…. If eligible for a Head Start program you will be given an appointment to return and complete the registration / enrollment process.
